Gulai kepala ikan kakap (Red snapper head curry) come with red snapper head cooked in curry sauce. Taste nice and savory.
Tahu Kipas (Fried stuffed tofu) come with deep fried battered tofu stuffed with prawn, carrot and vegetable. Taste good and crispy.
Sayur asem (Tamarind vegetables soup) come with tamarind soup accompanied with corn, melinjo seed, young jackfruit, long bean, chili, peanut and labu siam (chayote). Taste nice and sour.
Sop buntut (Oxtail soup) come with oxtail soup accompanied with carrot, spring onion, lime and emping melinjo (melinjo cracker). Taste fresh and savory.

Note: One of the most successful noodle shop in Jakarta. They have many branches in malls all around Jakarta.
Bakmi Special GM come with special made curly noodle topped with special sauce chicken meat, mushroom and chye sim. Taste nice and delicious.
Pangsit Goreng come with deep fried crispy wonton filled with minced chicken. Taste nice and crispy.
Nasi Goreng come with special fried rice with chicken meat, fishball, egg, shrimp, spring onion and chili. Taste good and tasty.

Martabak Manis Pisang Coklat come with Raisin come with thick, tender cake filled with banana, chocolate rice and raisin. Taste nice and sweet.

Note: This is the best Lembur Kuring restaurant and never fail to impress our taste. They serve fresh ingredients and great cook. Their signature dish is Ikan Gurame Goreng (Fried Tilapia)
Ikan Gurame Goreng (Fried Tilapia) come with fresh live tilapia taken from their pond and deep fried very nice. The skin outside is crispy and the meat inside is very tender. Usually Tilapia Fish has soil smell and this dish is no soil smell at all. Best food ever.
Ayam Kampung Goreng (Fried free range chicken) come with free range chicken fried with special traditional spices. Taste nice and fresh. Free range chicken is a little bit hard to chew, but the meat is very savory.
Tumis Kangkung (Fried Morning Glory) come with fried Morning Glory vegetable, red chili and onion. Taste fresh and nice.
Tempe Goreng (Fried Tempeh) come with deep fried Tempeh. Taste nice and tender.
Pete Goreng (Fried Stinky Bean) come with fried Stinky Beans. Taste fresh and savory.
Sayur Asem (Vegetable Sour Soup) come with Sundanese vegetables soup with sour and sweet taste. Some vegetables included Corn, Long Beans, Young Jack Fruit, Peanuts and fresh Red Chili. Taste Hot and Fresh.
Lalapan (Sundanese Fresh Raw Vegetables) come with fresh raw vegetables included Cabbage, Cucumber, Tomato, Young Eggplant, Daun Kemangi (Lemon Basil), Boiled Chye Sim, Boiled Cabbage and Boiled Chayote (Labu Siam). Taste fresh and nice. Usually Lalapan eaten with Sambal Terasi.
Sambal Terasi (Prawn Paste Chili) come with Prawn Paste and Fresh Chili mixed into fresh spicy chili condiment. Usually serve on stone mortar. Taste spicy and fresh.
