Ikan Kakap Merah (Red Snapper)Tim Nonya come with steamed Red Snapper with special Nonya sauce an served with candle warmed plate. Taste nice and sour.
Udang Goreng Telor Asin come with fried Prawn with salty egg yolk sauce. Taste sweet and salty.
Scallop Tim Sohun Kecap Asin (Steam Scallop with Bean Vermicelli and Soy Sauce) come with Scallop and Bean Vermicelli steamed and poured with special soy sauce. Taste nice and savoury.
Daun Ubi cah Ebi come with Sweet Potato Leaves fried with dried shrimp. Taste fresh and nice.

Note: Kwetiau Khek (you can choose between curly noodle, kway teow or rice vermicelli) topped with minced pork with soy sauce and chopped spring onion. The soup come with chye sim. Taste fresh and nice.
Bihun Ayam Jamur topped with diced chicken with soy sauce, mushrooms and chopped spring onion. Chye sim served in the clear soup. Also nice and delicious.
Pangsit Rebus come with boiled wonton with minced pork filling in clear soup. The soup (only warm) should be served hot to enhance the eating satisfactory.

Note: Mie Hong Kong use thin noodle topped with chye sim, char siew pork and diced chicken. Taste nice and sweet.
Mie Ayam use thick noodle topped with chye sim and diced chicken. Taste not too savoury.
They also provided free shallot pickles and sweet salty vegetable pickles.
